Randy recently alerted me to this website Free Medical Journals - http://freemedicaljournals.com/. Access to the journals range from immediate to two years after publication. Most titles are indexed in Medline/PubMed. Access to some international journals not published in English is also provided. Some examples:

• New England Journal of Medicine and JAMA have free articles 6 months after their publication.
• Behavioural and Brain Science provides online access immediately after publication.

The site also offers an journal alert service via email.
