New at the University of Evansville Libraries!

Scultpure "Becoming Evansville" Installed

"Becoming Evansville" by Alisa Holen was installed on Friday. The sculpture was created for the 2012 Sculpt EVV Exhibition and donated to UE by Mrs. Joyce Powell, a 1970 Nursing alumna. The sculpture consists of 200 clay pots that are each inscribed with a date and event in Evansville's history.

Online Reservations for Group Study Rooms

UE Libraries has upgraded its online reservation system for group study room reservations. To make a reservation:

Each student may only reserve a study room for 2 hours per day.

* Accounts created with non UE emails will be deleted and all reservations cancelled.

4th Floor Reopens!

The 4th floor opened on Thursday, December 3rd to all.  Books with call numbers J-Z are now easily accessible as are the group study rooms, including 6 new ones. 

The 3rd floor remains closed while the shelving is reassembled and the books are returned from storage.  We hope the 3rd floor will be fully accessible when the spring semester starts.
