CINAHL Complete ~ Database Trial

CINAHL Complete  is the world’s most comprehensive source of full-text for nursing & allied health journals, providing full text for more than 1,300 journals indexed in CINAHL. This authoritative file contains full text for many of the most used journals in the CINAHL index, with no embargo. CINAHL Complete is the definitive research tool for all areas of nursing & allied health literature and supports nursing and allied health professionals, students, educators and researchers.  Database includes full text for more than 1,300 journals, indexing for more than 5,400 journals, searchable cited references for more than 1,460 journals, and full text dating back to 1937 for selected journals. UEL's trial ends 5/1/13.

Academic Search Complete Trial

Academic Search Complete offers an enormous collection of the most valuable full-text journals, providing users access to critical information from many sources unique to this database. In addition, this database is the leading source of peer-reviewed, full-text for STM research, as well as for the Social Sciences and Humanities. This scholarly collection offers unmatched coverage of information spanning a broad range of important areas of academic study, including anthropology, engineering, law, sciences and more.  Database includes over 13,600 indexed and abstracted journals, nearly 9,100 full-text journals, full text for more than 7,900 peer-reviewed journals and PDF content dating back as far as 1887. World Politics Review Trial

World Politics Review offers readers, educators and students with a serious interest in international politics and foreign affairs an online destination for original content and analysis of key trends in the news. WPR is updated daily and written by a network of more than 400 contributors from around the world and includes thousands of articles in its archives. New content is produced each month by subject-matter experts from journalism, research organizations, academia, government and elsewhere, and covers multiple areas of study, including:
aid and Development; crime; defense and military; domestic politics; economics and business; Homeland Security and much more.  UEL's trial ends 5/1/13.

Birds of North America Online Trial

The Birds of North America Online is acknowledged as the preeminent source of life history information for the over 700 species of birds that breed in the United States and Canada. Maintained by the Cornell Lab of Ornithology in partnership with The American Ornithologist’s Union, this comprehensive resource is authored by experts on each species. Each species account includes information on systematics, distribution, identification, behavior, breeding biology, and conservation. Each species account also includes a comprehensive bibliography of research conducted on the species. The accompanying multimedia includes photos of various plumages, examples of sounds, and videos of interesting behaviors. Besides the advantages of remote and multiple simultaneous user access, this reference resource is continually updated to ensure that it contains the latest information. Since becoming an online reference, over 2000 photos have been added and over 160 species have had their accounts fully revised with the latest research information. There are now 3-4 full species account revisions each month!  UEL's trial ends 5/1/13.
