ERIC (Educational Resources Information Center) Database Affected by Federal Government Partial Shutdown.

ERIC, the online database that provides research resources devoted to education, is also affected by the shutdown. The notice on the ERIC website advises:
Thank you for visiting ED.gov. Due to a lack of appropriations, ED activities have been curtailed and most employees are on furlough. ED.gov will not be updated during the shutdown. Updates will resume and ED will return to normal operations as soon as funding is restored. During the shutdown, information at ED.gov may not be up to date, transactions submitted via ED.gov might not be processed, and the agency may not be able to respond to inquiries until appropriations are enacted.

Dear Users,UE Libraries connection to the ERIC database is available and it’s possible to conduct a search and retrieve a list of results. However, full text of any ERIC documents included on the result list is not currently available.
Due to a lapse of appropriations and the partial shutdown of the Federal Government, the systems that host www.eric.ed.gov have been shut down. Services will be restored as soon as a continuing resolution to provide funding has been enacted.
